Our Process
The process for allowing us to represent you is simple and is offered at no cost to you. The following is designed to introduce you to the services we offer. Ganahl Search conducts coast to coast searches and concentrates on sales and marketing positions within various industries with total compensation ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 per year. There are two ways in which we will try to place a qualified candidate. One way is when we are hired by client companies to search out specific individuals for their positions. The other way is when we indentify or find professionals with developed skills in an industry we work within we will contact our established networks and function as that candidates confidential liaison to assist them in possible career opportunities. Our extensive network throughout the United States allows the prospective candidate to determine if up an coming opportunities throughout the United States would be of interest. Please take peace of mind knowing that we do not share your name or resume with any company or search firm unless we have discussed the opportunity with you and received your permission to reveal your identity.
If you have been identified as a potential match, we will provide you with as much information as possible in order for the interview to be a valuable use of your time. In addition, we will coach you on proper interview techniques; provide ongoing feedback during the process; help you in gathering additional information; assist in compensation negotiations; offer advice to you on how to best resign your position. We will support you as much as we can up to your first day on your new job as well as throughout your career. Again all of these services are no charge to you the candidate!

Phone Screen
If you are a potential match based on the two criteria listed above we will then contact you to have a discussion of your background and qualifications, listen to your career goals, offer our frank opinion and offer any relevant suggestions and tips. We then do what we do best, find you that perfect job.
Interview Process
As outlined above we will coach and prep you for each and every interview step, we will offer closing strategies and resignation coaching.
After accepting an offer
We will periodically check in with you throught the beginning of your career, if we have earned your trust and respect, please refer others to us and feel free to call us at anytime.
