Introduction

We will have a discussion of your needs and our capabilities to determine if it makes sense for us to work together. During this step it will allow us an opportunity to listen to your responses to thorough questions about you, your company and your open positions so we can correctly identify your needs. Research and Screening

After the introduction has taken place and clear objectives and expectations are established. Ganahl Search will begin identifying all potential candidates by utilizing our state of the art database and extensive network of contacts. Ganahl Search maintains comprehensive profiles of legitimate candidates in its specific industry segments. All candidates are screened before entering our database. We evaluate the pros and cons of each potential candidate and the specific recruitment criteria and opportunity. In-depth analysis of personality, corporate culture, and any other potential issues are considered.

Managing the Interview Process
